Newcastle is a long way from Rotherham, and the bookings have kept coming anyway. One of the big distribution sites by the Tyne has run events with us since 2021 - some years the fair goes up with a dodgem track on the site, most years it's chairs, candy floss, popcorn and PA for a company day. The city-centre bookings differ in scale but not in standards: historic rooms and licensed venues take the compact kit.
The distance is the reason we treat a Newcastle booking as a planned piece of work rather than a day trip. Rides travel overnight with their own crew, and the crew stays until the fair is down and the field is clean - which is the same promise at either end of the M1.
