The one where they get to drive
The Juvenile Formula is a children's track ride - a raised circular track that rises and dips as it goes round, with vehicle carriages instead of the horses or teacups the younger ones get. A red fire engine, a jeep, a couple of motorbikes, an army truck and a Flintstones-style car with a log roof, each one running the same gentle circuit at the same steady pace.
It's the ride for the children who want to be behind the wheel rather than strapped into a cup - the track gives it enough movement to feel like a proper ride to them, without anything that's going to frighten the smaller ones queueing behind. The green scalloped base and the purple bulb-lit rim mean it reads as real fairground kit from across a field, especially once the flood lighting takes over in the evening.
It comes staffed and runs from its own self-contained generator, with flood lighting included at no extra charge, so it goes on grass or hard standing and keeps running after dark. It takes a 20ft x 20ft footprint (25ft x 25ft with the safety margin round it), stands 12ft tall, and comes with a 4-hour staffed hire as standard.
