Owned, Not Brokered
A lot of funfair hire sites are middlemen with a website - they
take the booking, then ring round showmen they've never met to
fill the field. That's not us. Around 95% of what you see on this
site is equipment we own outright, maintained in our 25,000 sq ft
warehouse in Rotherham and delivered on our own transport by our
own drivers and operators.
The few items we do source from specialist suppliers come from
showmen we've worked with for years. The ferris wheel shown on this
site is one of the rides we own in-house, along with the dodgem
rinks. Either way, the person on the other end of the phone is one
of us, not a broker passing the job on.
Around 95% of our funfair kit is owned outright and stored in our Rotherham warehouse. We are not an agency reselling other people's gear, so there's no third-party showman between you and the ride when something needs sorting on the day.
Our Own Operators
Mechanical rides - dodgems, waltzers, the ferris wheel, the ghost train - come with our own trained operators. They've been setting this kit up on fields and closed roads for years, not agency staff seeing it for the first time.
Delivered & Set Up
Our own transport handles delivery, set-up and breakdown. One team, one invoice, from arrival to the last ride coming down at the end of the event.
£5m Public Liability
Five million pounds of public liability insurance, ADIPS testing on the mechanical rides, RPII inspection on the inflatables. The paperwork is up to date and we'll send it over when you book.
Fields, Showgrounds & Town Centres
We work primarily outdoors - fields, showgrounds, parks, closed roads, town-centre squares. Penistone Showground, Newark Showground, the Yorkshire Event Centre at Harrogate, plus the major city parks and civic spaces.
Christmas & Winter Wonderlands
Outdoor winter events are in scope. Christmas market stalls, Santa's grotto, snow globe selfie pods, reindeer racing, mulled wine and hot chocolate - we set up Christmas funfairs across the UK from late November through to the New Year.

Fun at the Fair is the outdoor funfair arm of DB Entertainment
Ltd, set up in 1999 in Rotherham. The business started in PA hire
before diversifying into event equipment, and the warehouse has
been filling up with rides, stalls and inflatables ever since.
