Our Christmas Giant Snow Globe is the photo experience with a
roof and a horizon: a clear PVC dome over a printed winter
world of snowman, reindeer and pines on the back wall. Around
eight guests fit a session, and the dome gives the tallest
adult room to stand. Switch the eco faux snow on and it
swirls round the poses while the camera works.
A trained supervisor comes as part of the hire, so the photo
sessions always have a hand on them. Lights inside let the
dome earn its keep after dark - night markets and switch-on
evenings see it glowing long after the rides have stopped
drawing. Guests file in over the blue padded floor, pose and
leave with their picture; take the photo service and the
prints are unlimited all day with a USB copy on top, or put
our professional photographer on it instead.
This is the solid-base model of the two globes. December's
diary usually takes it first of everything - grotto and
reindeer racing beside it - and by early October a held date
is typically mortgaged until the New Year.

A trained supervisor runs the photo sessions through the day as standard, so guests always have someone staffing the dome.

Weight-Bag Anchoring
Outdoors it takes grass, car parks and wood chip; on hard standing the solid base anchors with weight bags instead. A blower runs the whole time it's up.
Size and site
The dome sits on an 18.4ft x 15.1ft floor and stands
11.5ft tall. It needs a clear 25ft x 25ft of space with
13ft of height clearance, which suits a town square, a
showground pitch or a shopping-centre floor.
Hard floors take it indoors; outside it lives on car parks,
grass or wood chip, with weight bags doing the anchoring on
hard standing. The blower never stops while it's up, so a
supply within cable reach matters - or a generator comes with
us.

included. The artificial snow effect is a £125 add-on per job.
Every hire carries £5 million public liability insurance, and
the globe is our own kit - maintained at the warehouse and
delivered in our vehicles rather than sub-hired in for the
weekend.

fairs, corporate parties, switch-on evenings, winter balls and
open-air markets, and December's bigger runs carry it to
Leeds, Manchester and Derby. Festival activations and brand
launches abroad can be quoted too.
