Funfair hire at the NEC

The NEC is the country's biggest exhibition centre, next to Birmingham Airport just off the M42 - a stack of halls and a display site built around a building that never really sleeps, from trade shows through consumer runs to Christmas events.

A funfair fits the NEC in two shapes. Outdoors we've built the full spread - dodgems, a Miami Crazy Dance and a twister, with the candy floss and popcorn carts underneath, for an events company that wanted a marquee programme to feel like a fair - and indoors, the winter wonderland version scales back to the food row and stalls that work inside a hall. Both are multi-day by nature, so the ride list gets planned with the venue's own schedule rather than around it.
