Your guests, placed somewhere else entirely

The booth photographs whoever steps up, then generative AI rebuilds the shot from scratch with them in it - on the flight deck of a fighter jet, in armour on a battlefield, in a Renaissance portrait, beside your company mascot. It isn't a sticker dropped over the top; the software studies each face and paints a new picture round it, so two colleagues from the same office walk away with two images that don't share a pixel.

There are more than 180 ready-made templates on the touchscreen - an astronaut here, a superhero there, oil portraits, old film posters and Christmas scenes among them - or you brief us beforehand and we configure the booth to a custom scene in your brand colours. Groups work too: five can crowd in and get the same AI treatment together, which used to be the one thing these booths couldn't do.

Finished images go to phones by QR code and straight onto socials, and the organiser gets every file by WeTransfer within 14 days. Add it to a quote below and we'll price your date.

Space, power and throughput

The pod stands 1m wide, 0.75m deep and 1.65m tall, and wants a clear 2m x 2m with 2.1m of headroom so guests can line up without blocking a corridor.

It runs off one 13A 240V socket within 10 metres, and the touchscreen turns over up to 40 sessions an hour - enough to keep a queue at a Christmas party moving without anyone waiting long enough to drift off.

The custom scene is the part marketing teams ask about first: the whole team pictured with the mascot, in a branded shop set, in matching Christmas scenes - and every shared image carries the branding with it, meaning a single hire spreads your name across hundreds of feeds for nothing.

It's one of five photo booths we own and run from the Rotherham warehouse alongside the Magic Selfie Mirror, the social media booth, the enclosed booth and the 360 rig. The kit goes out on our own transport with a crew who set it up and talk your guests through it.

Common Questions

How much does it cost to hire?

From £695 plus VAT, with a possible minimum spend depending on where the event is. Branding and backdrop options are priced separately - front panel £95, front and back £135, printed backdrop £275.

What is an AI photo booth, exactly?

You pose, the booth takes your photo, and generative AI builds a new image with you in a scene of your choice - a template from the library of 180+, or a custom scene configured to your brief before the event.

How many people fit in one shot?

Up to five. Group AI portraits were the big limitation of earlier booths and that's gone - a whole team can step up together and share the scene.

Can we brand the images?

Yes - the custom scene is built round your colours and mascot, the pod can carry printed panels, and branded photo prints are free with a week's notice.

Do guests get the photos on the night?

They scan a QR code to save or share straight away, and the organiser receives the complete set of files by WeTransfer within 14 days.
